My name is Lisa Timberlake, and I specialize in working with individuals who want to improve the quality of their relationships. This can be a relationship with yourself as well as with others. I do this in a variety of ways, always in a person-centered approach. There is often humor as we examine the stressors in your life. I believe in thriving not only surviving, and I want to help you thrive.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to my coaching practice. I am here to help you identify, address and heal from situations and events, so that you can make long lasting positive changes in your life. Therapy is a chance to safely examine things that bring you discomfort and address them with a dedicated partner. I would be honored to be that partner with you.
